Media Monitors Acquired
by Quadrant Private Equity

Sydney, 1 July, 2010 – Asia Pacific’s leading media intelligence company, Media Monitors, today announced that 100% of their share capital has been acquired by Australian private equity provider Quadrant Private Equity.

Founded in 1982 by advertising legend Mr. Neville Jeffress, Media Monitors continually evolved its business through acquisitions, strong product innovation and focus on customer service. Today, the company has over 800 employees across the Asia-Pacific region and services more than 5,000 clients.

Media Monitors’ CEO John Croll said: “We are delighted by the opportunities Quadrant Private Equity brings to our business. Media Monitors engaged Greenhill Caliburn as financial adviser and Baker & McKenzie as legal adviser. Quadrant Private Equity was advised by Ernst & Young with Minter Ellison as legal adviser.
